Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your desired bear from our Shop and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email with next steps after your order is placed.

When do I send my clothing?
After checkout, you’ll receive instructions on where and how to mail your items.

Can I order more than one bear?
Yes. If you’d like multiple bears made from the same set of clothing, please place a separate order for each bear.
Clothing & Materials
What types of clothing can I send?
We work best with cotton, knit, and infant clothing. Lightweight denim and blended fabrics are also welcome.

Can you use infant or baby clothes?
Yes, infant and baby clothing are commonly used and work beautifully for memory bears.

How many clothing items are needed?
The number of items needed depends on the bear style and size. Generally, several garments provide the best variety and coverage.

What if my clothing is delicate or sentimental?
All items are handled with care and respect. If you have special concerns, feel free to reach out before sending your items.
Design & Customization
Will my bear look exactly like the photos?
Each Kuddle Kritter is one of a kind. While the overall style will match the selected bear, fabric placement and patterns will vary.

Can I request specific fabric placement or colors?
You may include preferences with your order. While specific requests are not guaranteed, we do our best to honor them when possible.

Are the legs and feet made from separate fabric pieces?
No. The legs and feet are created from continuous fabric, maintaining a cohesive look.
Timing & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my bear?
Turnaround time begins once your clothing is received. Most orders are completed within the stated timeframe provided at checkout. (approximately 4 - 6 weeks)

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once your finished bear ships.

Do you ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently ship within the U.S.
Care & Use
Is this bear intended for children?
Kuddle Kritters are keepsake items and are not intended as toys for small children. However, it is made with safety eyes and nose.

How do I care for my bear?
Spot cleaning is recommended. To preserve the fabrics and stitching, machine washing is not advised.
Returns & Special Situations
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each bear is custom made from your personal clothing, all sales are final.

What happens to leftover fabric?
Any remaining fabric is returned with your completed bear unless otherwise requested.

Can I order a bear as a gift?
Yes. Many customers order Kuddle Kritters as meaningful gifts.
